DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order(ORDER #388570) for Christmas along with multiple family members in DECEMBER 2023! After multiple attempts to contact and multiple requests for refunds with NO RESPONSE my family had hundreds of dollars stolen. Unfortunately, we had to chalk it up to a bad business. Then I received an email. You can imagine my thoughts when I read they want to offer me 20% off to come back as they have “REBUILT” the company and want a “second chance”. I could not believe the audacity of this company so I came to the website only to find every comment on here asking about their orders.
Not that it needs to be said, but I will say it anyway: I, ALONG WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE STILL WAITING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS FROM CHRISTMAS 2023! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

I originally placed my order July 26th 2024 order number #416437… I order 2 pairs of the F.I XP1-RT’S…one pair in black/lucent and one black pair ( with the gum soles. I received only the black lucent towards the end of October… I never received the black pair… They told me they’re on back order…. It’s now May 8th 2025… After telling me I would be getting tracking for them…. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! My hard earned money has been stolen from me…. I will not give up until 1. I get my shoes….or 2. I get my money back… YOU ARE A BUNCH OF RIP-OFFS! THIEVES! AND LIARS!!! I see you took down the phone number you had posted too… GUESS I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE… Did someone say class action??!

Been over 5 months and still haven’t gotten my order. I’ve sent many emails and many phone calls with no real response.. now you offer me a 6 month warranty which will be over before you even ship my order.

I ordered shoes in Nov 24. It took almost 5 months for my shoes to arrive. I emailed and emailed and emailed and never got a helpful response. Never buying from you again. There are too many competitors with more professional business practices.
