• We recommend trying shoes on inside to keep their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the Product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and extra laces / insoles .
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in a poly mailer or some other packaging to protect the original box / packaging the item came in - with all original tags still attached. If the item is returned damaged or shipped back in its original packaging with a return label directly on it - the item will not be accepted or eligible for return.
• Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Products purchased online must be returned through our website.
