Return & Exchange Policy

Didn’t get the right size or style? No problem
As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and has tags attached, we offer:Free exchanges for a different size or itemFree returns for store creditRefunds to original payment method are available with a $12 processing fee

Returns

  • You have 45 days from delivery to return or exchange any item not marked “Final Sale.”
  • Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition with tags attached.

Condition Requirements

To ensure quality and fairness, all returns must meet the following standards:

  • Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or odors
  • Items should be tried on indoors only
  • In the original, undamaged shoebox
  • With all accessories (laces, etc.)
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of dirt or scuffs
  • Do not attach shipping labels directly to shoeboxes — they are part of the product
  • Swimwear and athleisure underwear must have the hygienic liner intact
  • Please use the clear return bag provided to help protect the product in transit

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust any return that does not meet these standards

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it arrives at our facility
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed

Refund Method

  • If your order was paid using a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be issued to the gift card first
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange-Only Items

  • Items marked “Exchange Only” may be exchanged for size or style within the return window (price differences may apply) or returned for store credit

Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Items marked “Exchange Only” may be exchanged or returned for store credit

Multiple Orders in One Package?

Unfortunately, our return system does not support combining multiple orders into one return shipment.

Please submit each return separately through the Return Portal using the correct order number.

International, FPO & APO Returns

If you are an International, FPO, or APO customer who ordered from our U.S. store:

  • Please use your own prepaid shipping label to send the item back
  • Include a note in the package indicating whether you want store credit or a refund

If you believe your product is defective or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@freedomindustriesusa.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Please include:

Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the product
  • This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
